Tecnalia Mk7 - Laboratorio de fabricación avanzada
The project proposes the extension of the existing Tecnalia building in Miramón to accommodate the Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory. The intervention achieves a unified and coherent result with the original architecture, while simultaneously reinforcing the corporate identity through a distinctive and recognizable volumetry. This formal strategy optimizes the use of the available space, making it possible to integrate a research hall, an outdoor maneuvering area, and an office program through the efficient superposition of uses. The project is completed with the incorporation of innovative technologies in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency, aligning the proposal with the contemporary challenges of architecture and advanced research.
