La Fabrika is a high-performance center with the mission of revolutionizing corporate culture. Its purpose demands versatile spaces capable of adapting to various activities. Beyond providing these spaces, the building serves as a nexus connecting the center's activities, its participants, and the surrounding environment. In our competition proposal, we delve into the technical and aesthetic potential of metal facade skins. Utilizing metal panels with precise perforations tailored to their orientation, we aim to optimize solar control and diffuse light, creating an energetically efficient envelope and a distinctive visual identity.
