A place with one of the most spectacular views of the city, nowadays occupied with an unqualified car parking area, would be re-shaped as an amphitheatre where to admire the views, and built with large concrete blocks that will protect from the sea waves. A lift and a panoramic stairway would connect the walkway along the edge with Mataleñas path so that it gives continuity to the seafront of the city.
